Care

All the pieces are crafted by hand in Barcelona, Spain, ensuring that each jewel is unique and one-of-a-kind. Texture is an essential element of my design, adding depth and character to my creations.

They are made with two main materials: melted tin and acrylic resin. The resin is known for its durability, so with proper care, it can last a lifetime, and like prehistoric amber, gain value over time!

To ensure maximum durability and beauty of your jewels it's important to follow some care tips:

  1. Avoid contact with chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals like perfumes, lotions, household cleaning products, and cosmetics. These products can damage the resin and affect the shine and appearance of the jewelry.
  2. Avoid contact with water: Although resin is water-resistant, it's best to avoid submerging the jewelry in water for prolonged periods. Gently wipe the jewelry with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dirt or residue.
  3. Store properly: Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not wearing it. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this could affect the color and clarity of the resin over time.
  4. Avoid bumps and scratches: While tin and resin are durable materials, they can be scratched or damaged if they come into contact with hard or rough surfaces. Avoid hitting the jewelry against hard surfaces and store it separately from other jewelry to prevent scratches.
  5. Regular cleaning: To maintain the shine and clarity of the resin, clean the jewelry regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaning products or solvents that may damage the surface of the resin.

By following these simple care tips, you'll be able to enjoy your tin and polished transparent resin jewelry for many years, preserving its original beauty and shine.
